FAQs

Q: Do I need to purchase a Full Report to attend?

A: We won't be checking to see if you've purchased a Full Report or not. BUT we highly recommend using your Full Report to guide you through the mapping process. Without your Full Report, you won't have the necessary insight to begin, let alone complete, your marketing strategy map.

Q: How will I be able to ask questions in the live workshop?

A: We'll all be connected via Zoom, where you'll be able to type into the chat box your question. I'll answer questions in a first-come-first-served basis and when I get to your question, I'll unmute you (if you'd like) and we'll discuss back and forth to find a solution for you. If you'd rather stay on mute, I'll simply answer the question you've posed in the chat box without back and forth conversation.

Q: Will you be hosting more of these Workshops in the future?

A: I don't know yet. I'm testing it out for now to see how it goes. If it goes well, I might entertain offering more at some point.

Q: Do I need a special software to map my strategy on?

A: Heck no! You can map your strategy on the back of a napkin if you want to. I use LucidChart to map strategies and LOVE how intuitive it is to use. I've also seen clients map strategies in Google Slides or even in a simple Google doc. When all else fails, pen and paper work too!

Q: What does a Marketing Strategy Map look like?

A: Check out Sections 2 and 9 in your Full Report for YOUR specific marketing strategy map templates and examples. Here's a look at what one might look like:
