The ESTJ Marketing Personality Type Episode Summary:
Welcome to another episode of the Marketing Personalities Podcast! I’m Brit Kolo and I’m here today with Amanda Boleyn, who’s the founder of She Did It Her Way and the host of the She Did It Her Way Podcast and an ESTJ – the Executive – personality type.
Before we dive into Amanda’s Marketing Personality Type, you need to get to know this woman!
Amanda is the founder of She Did It Her Way – a company, podcast, and community that serves to catalyze women to take the leap out of corporate and into entrepreneurship.
Amanda started the She Did It Her Way podcast back in 2015 and that’s how I first found her. I would listen to Amanda speak with her guests every week while on my commute to and from my corporate job and while doing work in my corporate office. She was a big inspiration to my entrepreneurial journey, especially the leap of faith I took to quit my job and start my business.
Today, Amanda serves her She Did It Her Way audience through her podcast, her online membership – the Her Way Society, an annual live event – The She Did It Her Way Summit, and her 8-week signature group coaching program – The BYOB Build Your Online Business curriculum.
- She’s order-driven.
- She’s knows “teamwork makes the dream work!”
- She has to start with organization.
- She loooves templates.
And as a dominant ESTJ – the Executive personality type…
Amanda is an “excellent administrator, unsurpassed at managing things and people.”
I see Amanda’s ESTJ super powers shining through in many things she does:
- She has a solid morning routine that organizes and manages her mind before she even gets to work.
- She so naturally catalyzes people to take the actions they need to take in order to reach their goals and dreams.
- Her signature program is literally a smart, efficient template for leaving corporate and starting your own business.
And when it comes to marketing, Amanda leverages her ESTJ Marketing Personality Type by creating unofficial She Did It Her Way ambassadors through her podcast and her community. Because of the energy she brings to the table, it’s hard NOT to share Amanda’s podcasts with friends who need a kick in the butt! And through that sharing and extended catalyzation, Amanda’s brand has grown immensely since she started in 2015.
Amanda also reported that she’s taking affiliate relations more seriously now that she knows she’s uniquely positioned to leverage an affiliate program in her own business. She’s reaching out to affiliate partners and being an affiliate for other companies as she imagines how she can create an affiliate program of her own.
