A journal prompt for you:

What feels good to you right now?

It’s a simple question, right? But as I get to work with more and more of you on MARKETING that feels good, I see how foreign it is to just simply know what feels good to you overall. 

Or maybe, it’s not that you don’t KNOW what feels good. You’re just hesitant to OWN it. You’re hesitant to declare it. 

For fear of… judgment, maybe? 

I know I struggle with that sometimes – declaring what feels good to me when I know I’m probably one of the few people I know that feels that way. 

But how do we expect to live lives we love and magnetize all the good things we hope to have in this lifetime without OWNING what feels good to us?! 

👆🏼Seriously, think about it. 

Do you think you can live your best life while refusing to declare what feels good to you? 

I have a real hard time believing that’s how this all works. 

When you declare what feels good to you – when you take a stand for what brings you JOY – you radiate that joy and become magnetic. All the energy around you smiles back and responds with, “Oh, really? Okay. Good to know! ☺️”

So, I invite you to answer the simple question – What feels good to you right now? Answer it in your journal, in a note on your phone, in a comment below, or in your own IG post. You pick whatever feels good. 

For me, my answer is — 
🚣🏼‍♂️Loading my kayak and fishing pole into the pick-up and going to the pond to fish for trout. Yes, I AM that much of a country girl. One of my absolute favorite things to do is fish and now that it’s officially trout season again in PA, I am feeling GOOD! 

It puts a smile on my face just thinking about. 😄
