HERE'S A PEEK AT WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN YOUR INFP FULL REPORT

Your Best Marketing Strategy includes...

sharing the wealth and attention with other business owners, referral partners, and organizations. In your world, this isn’t all about you. You recognize the power in the collective, bringing people and voices and hands together to make something greater than one’s self.

With this appreciation of the collective, weave your sharing nature into your marketing strategy. Begin by asking yourself, “What mission am I truly on in my business?” Then, “Who else believes in this mission too?”

With your answers, you can begin inviting those people, businesses, and organizations into the mix.

Here are some examples of how to do this:

  1. Pair your business effort with a charity, giving back, or relief effort.
A great example of this “Everybody Wins” strategy is famously implemented by TOMS One-for-One shoe campaign. This works for you because you find it easy and natural to speak about and promote a cause bigger than yourself.
  2. Host a joint venture giveaway, in which you partner with other business owners to promote your products or services and give a set of them or scholarship away to a lucky participant.
  3. Host a collective conference, summit, symposium, or panel with many voices coming together, including yours, to make a great impact on the audience.

AND HOW ABOUT YOUR BEST SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY?

The most common advice we’ve all heard when asking the question,

What social media platform should I focus on?” is usually… “Wherever your ideal clients are, be there too!”

You can probably already guess that’s not the angle we take at Marketing Personalities. Because if you build a social media strategy based on your ideal client, you could end up hating it yourself and not execute it. And even if you do execute it, it won’t feel good or natural to consistently implement. That less-than-genuine energy you bring to your social media accounts will show and your time, money, and effort put into social media could be a waste.

Instead of building a social media strategy off of where your ideal client “hangs out,”

let’s find the social media platform that best suits YOU based on your personality type.

Then, when you show up on that platform, you’re already feeling good about communicating there.

For you, as an INFP, we know that you naturally get behind causes you care about, sharing others’ voices you support, and lead by example. Now to take that mission-driven collaborative spirit to social media, I recommend using Facebook and/or Instagram.

Instead of opening up any of these social media platforms and trying to write a brand new, original post, I recommend sharing and engaging with others’ content first. This will get you into your altruistic, feel-good groove right off the bat.

Then, when you want to share something of your own, consider writing that content out on a blank Google doc before trying to fit it into the confines of a social media post. Maximum character counts can make you feel too boxed in and unable to fully express what you’re trying to share with your audience. A Google doc gives you no boundaries, so dump it all out there. Then you can copy and paste the entire thing into your social media post (if it fits) OR slice and slice it into several posts that will publish over time.
